AI implementation consulting

AI in your company,
without losing your way

For SMEs of 10 to 100 employees who know they need to do something with AI but don't want to pick a tool before understanding what they need. We diagnose, plan, and roll it out if you decide to move forward.

If AI isn't the answer to your problem, we'll tell you. If it is, we hand you a plan with the same methodology we apply to the rest of our services: every decision with the evidence at hand, every tool justified for your context. We recommend the one that fits your team — Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini — not the one we like best.

The problem

Seven questions you've asked yourself if you run an SME

78% of Spanish workers are already asking for AI training. But only 11.4% of SMEs have actually brought it into a process. That gap (the team wants it, the company isn't moving) is where the seven questions that delay the decision come up.

If none ring a bell, you probably don't need this. If four or more do, let's talk.

01
Where do I start?
Everyone is talking about AI. No one explains the first concrete step that's going to change your month.
02
Which tool, out of all of them?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot... five different solutions have already been pitched and you don't know which one to choose.
03
What does it really cost?
A big consultancy quotes a five-zero figure. A freelancer offers something cheap and quick. Neither explains what the real cost depends on.
04
How do I stop AI from making things up?
You've seen ChatGPT cite articles that don't exist. If you put this into production, what guarantee do you have it won't make up an entire report?
05
Where does my data go?
If you upload client contracts to a US provider, what happens with European data protection?
06
What if my team pushes back?
You don't want to buy tools nobody uses or that breed internal anxiety.
07
How long until I see real results?
You don't want 18-month projects that lead nowhere.
The offer

Five services for every stage

You don't need to buy the whole package. Start where it matters. If what you need is hands-on team training, that lives in AI Training.

Diagnosis

AI Diagnosis

We assess seven dimensions of your company's AI readiness, identify three to five cases worth starting with, and hand you a twelve-month plan. Executive report and presentation included.

Strategy

12-month plan

Extended diagnosis with savings or revenue calculation per case, recommended technical architecture, team adoption plan and initial training.

Implementation

AI Implementation

We build and integrate one or two cases from the plan. Tool chosen for your context. We train the team. Ongoing support after handover.

Audit — differentiator

Production AI audit

We review AI systems already running in your company. We detect errors, biases and legal risks. We verify compliance with European regulation. A service no other identified Spanish competitor offers today.

Investors

AI startup due diligence

Technical, market and regulatory validation for investors evaluating AI-component startups. For family offices, corporate VCs and regional funds.

Scope, duration and pricing of each service are agreed in the initial conversation, based on your case. No blind quotes, no surprises afterwards.

Philosophy

We're not a Claude shop, nor a ChatGPT shop, nor a Gemini shop

We're an AI implementation consultancy that picks the right tool for each client. The recommendation is based on your context: what you already use, what your team knows, what data you handle, what budget you have, and what compliance applies. Not our preferences.

Your context Tool that usually fits best
You work with Google Workspace Gemini + NotebookLM
You work with Microsoft 365 ChatGPT Business + Copilot
No consolidated ecosystem Consolidate productivity first, then ChatGPT Business
Strict-compliance sector (health, finance, legal) Case by case, possibly a mixed stack
Small team with intensive document or development workflows Claude (Anthropic ecosystem)
Single, isolated, dominant use case Per-task decision: bulk extraction, dense legal reasoning or multi-agent collaboration
Our deepest technical expertise is in the Anthropic ecosystem (Claude). If it fits your context, all the better. If it doesn't, we won't push it. After twenty projects, if we've always recommended the same thing, we'll be biased and we'll say so.
Why us

Five differences from the rest of the market

01

Public pricing

Most AI consultancies don't publish prices. We do. No surprises, no «request a quote».

02

Justified recommendation

When we recommend a tool, we explain why this one and not the others. A documented decision, not a personal preference.

03

Every figure with its source

Same methodology we apply to our market intelligence reports. If it's in the document, you know where it comes from.

04

Boardroom-grade deliverables

Reports and presentations ready for your committee or your investors from day one. No post-delivery cosmetic work.

05

AI audit and due diligence

Two services no other identified Spanish competitor offers. Because we know how to verify: it's the methodology we apply to professional research.

FAQ

What we get asked before signing

Will AI replace my team?
No. The AI we recommend replaces tasks, not people. The goal is for your team to stop spending 8 hours a week on repetitive work and focus on what really matters.
What about my data? Do you comply with GDPR?
All providers we recommend sign a Data Processing Agreement under European regulation. If your sector requires European data residency, we propose a setup that guarantees it. And if a specific tool is banned by the new European AI regulation (for example, emotion recognition at work), we tell you before implementing anything.
What if you conclude that AI isn't right for us yet?
We tell you in writing, with arguments. You pay for the diagnosis (the work was done) and don't move on to the plan. We'd rather charge you for an honest diagnosis than sell you an implementation that won't work.
What's the difference between this and hiring a freelancer?
A freelancer builds you a specific automation. We diagnose first whether that's the automation your company actually needs, justify it, and then decide whether we build it ourselves or recommend a freelancer with the plan in hand. Different value, not the same field.
How much time will my team invest?
A few hours spread across three or four interviews during the diagnosis. The actual load on your team is light, and we agree on it before signing.
