Hands-on AI training

Your team spends 8 hours a week on tasks AI can do in 30 minutes

We show them which ones, how, and we leave the templates and automations running. Hands-on training for teams that want results, not demos.

Four levels, depending on where your team is today

We don't sell the same thing to everyone. The level is decided in a 30-minute call, based on how much AI your team already uses and what you need to achieve. From first contact to a tailored agentic system.

01 · Onboarding

Onboarding workshop

Who for: teams who don't know where to start and pay for Copilot or ChatGPT subscriptions barely anyone uses.

What we do: your team learns to use Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini on their day-to-day real tasks. They leave with proven prompt templates and case studies on your business.

02 · By role

Department workshop

Who for: teams already using basic AI who want to go deeper into specific cases for their role — sales, operations, leadership or marketing.

What we do: role-specific deep-dive, building of personalised workflows and basic integrations with Notion, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 depending on your context.

03 · Measurable productivity

AI productivity programme

Who for: companies that want measurable results, not generic training.

What we do: audit of your team's repetitive tasks, automation of the five most expensive ones, support during adoption and explicit measurement of hours saved before and after.

04 · Advanced agentic

Agentic systems with Claude Code

Who for: companies that already have conversational AI under control and need autonomous agents working over their data and tools — portfolio analysis, competitive monitoring, recurring report generation, multi-step processes.

What we do: we identify a process where an agent brings real value, build it with Claude Code connected to your systems (CRM, ERP, repositories), validate it against real cases, and ship it to production with your team trained to maintain it.

Pricing depends on team size, workshop depth and, for the agentic level, the scope of the system. We agree on it in the initial conversation.

Available workshops

Concrete training, with results from the very first session

Every workshop is tailored to your industry, team size and starting level. Format, duration and depth are agreed with you in a prior conversation.

From idea to system with AI

For professionals who want to stop using AI to ask questions and start using it to build solutions.

A multi-session programme where your team learns to research a problem, plan a solution and build it with AI — no coding required. Each attendee works on a real challenge from their day-to-day.

Who for

Team leads, middle managers and SME owners. All you need is to have used ChatGPT (or similar) at least once.

After the programme, each attendee will
  • Have built a working AI tool on a real problem from their job
  • Know how to plan an AI project step by step before jumping into execution
  • Be able to connect AI with the apps their team already uses (email, documents, spreadsheets...)
  • Understand when AI makes sense and when it doesn't, with their own judgement

Live online. On-site or hybrid available on request.

ChatGPT agents: from assistants to AI employees

In one session, create an AI assistant that works inside your company — reads documents, runs tasks and respects the permissions you set.

A hands-on workshop with a live demo. Your team learns to create smart assistants inside ChatGPT that go beyond answering questions: they can review documents, prepare summaries, manage information and follow specific instructions on their own.

Who for

Professionals in any department (sales, operations, customer service, marketing). No technical background needed.

After the workshop, each attendee will
  • Have designed an AI assistant tailored to a specific task in their job
  • Know how to create an assistant in ChatGPT from scratch, step by step
  • Understand what an AI assistant can do and what its limitations are
  • Be able to decide what information the assistant can read or modify and what it can't

Live online. On-site or hybrid available on request.

Claude Code in 3 hours: the 15 concepts that cover 80%

From using AI like a search engine to using it like a professional.

An intensive workshop for teams where leadership and hands-on profiles sit together. With 4 live demos, your team learns to get real value from Claude Code: how to give it context so it doesn't lose the thread, how to personalise it for your business, and how to turn it into a tool that works with you, not just for you.

Who for

Mixed teams (leadership + technical profiles) in companies with 10+ people. Executives need no prior experience; technical profiles just need basic comfort with a terminal.

After the workshop, each attendee will
  • Know how to prepare and organise the information they feed the AI to get quality results (instead of generic answers)
  • Have created at least one reusable automation for their daily work
  • Understand how to connect Claude Code with the company's existing tools
  • Be able to decide which tasks are worth automating and which aren't, with a clear framework

Live online. On-site or hybrid available on request.

Every workshop is tailored to your industry, team size and starting level.

How we work

Three rules that set us apart from generic training

01

Your team leaves with automations running, not a webinar recording

No notebooks, no slides; templates and workflows already running on real tasks. If on Monday morning nothing is being used, we didn't do our job.

02

Explicit measurement of hours saved

Before the programme we measure how much time goes into the tasks we'll automate. At the end, we measure again. If there's no real saving, something needs adjusting — and we adjust it.

03

Templates and workflows belong to the client

No license, nothing gets switched off if you stop working with us. Your team takes them to your Notion, Google Workspace or environment and keeps using them.

FAQ

What we get asked before signing

What does my team need before starting?
An operational account on Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, or Copilot if you're on Microsoft 365. If you don't have one yet, we discuss it in the initial call: sometimes it makes more sense to start with an AI Advisory diagnosis than with a workshop.
Does it work if half the team has never used ChatGPT?
Yes. The onboarding level is designed precisely for that case. Heterogeneity in the starting level is not a problem: the exercises scale.
Do you work in-company or in open sessions?
Both. The closed format works on your real cases and is sized per team. For open sessions we publish upcoming dates on this page when they are scheduled.
How is the result of an AI productivity programme measured?
We measure before and after. The typical indicator is the hours per week per person spent on the tasks we'll automate. We compare the initial figure with the final one after adoption and report the actual saving — verifiable and defensible internally.
What's the difference between an agent with Claude Code and a productivity workshop?
A workshop trains your team to use AI on their tasks: your team asks, AI replies. An agent with Claude Code is a system that runs tasks on its own over your data and tools (CRM, ERP, repositories), supervised by your team. Different work, different technical complexity, different adoption moments.
And if after the workshop we want to go bigger?
We refer you to AI Advisory: diagnosis, twelve-month plan and implementation. It's the natural path, but the workshop is independent and doesn't commit you to anything.

A 30-minute call to figure out which level fits your team

Tell us which AI tools you have subscriptions for, which repetitive tasks consume the most hours, and what your leadership expects. We'll give you a clear recommendation — and if it's not for you, we'll tell you.
